'The Mosaic Project' won a Grammy! In the category 'Best Jazz Vocal Album'. Dutch saxophone player Tineke Postma plays four solo's on this album!
At least 21 world wide critically acclaimed women played, among Them Dee Dee Bridgewater, Gretchen Parlato, Dianne Reeves, Cassandra Wilson and Esperanza Spalding, who also plays on Tineke's album 'The Dawn Of Light' (2011).
'The Mosaic Project' is a celebration of female artists with Terri Lyne being joined by some of today's most celebrated female instrumentalists and vocalists in the world, 'women with voices,' coming Together to support and celebrate each other from a musical and social perspective.
