Great cd presentation for Cappella Pratensis!
On February 14th in De Toonzaal in Den Bosch, Cappella Pratensis gave a festive cd-presentation of the new cd "Requiem", two of the earliest examples written by Johannes Ockeghem and Pierre de la Rue. It was a magnificent performance of this superb men's choir and on that same evening many people of the present audience bought the new cd. Futhermore the cd was officially presented during the concert and Marc Versteeg had an interview with Stratton Bull. This year the choir has it's 25th anniversary .It has come a long way and is at this moment at the peak of it's success, with for instance concerts in the USA and elsewhere. This peak will hopefully stay on for avery long time!
On january 16th a review was published already of the new cd in the Brabants Dagblad. Some quotes:
