Haesue Lee

HAESUE LEE, viola, is the winner of the First Prize and the Audience Award of the 72nd ARD International Music Competition 2023 and the 2018 Primrose International Viola Competition. After her Carnegie Hall debut at the age of twelve, she performed as soloist with the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra, Munich Chamber Orchestra, SWR Symphony Orchestra, and the Philadelphia Orchestra.
Ms. Lee plays a 1590 Gasparo de Salò viola, on loan from the Samsung Foundation.
