Carissa Klopoushak

Carissa Klopoushak has made a name for herself as a creative and versatile violinist. She resides in Ottawa, where she is a proud member of Canada’s National Arts Centre Orchestra. Laureate of the 2009 Eckhardt-Grammatté National Music Competition and the 2012 Canada Council of the Arts Instrument Bank Competition, she has toured extensively across Canada, and spent three months touring with the Australian Chamber Orchestra. Carissa holds a doctorate in violin performance from McGill University.
