The 19 year old Dutch pianist Valentina Tóth will be rewarded in the March issue of Diapason with a Diapason D'or. She is one of the few artists who receives this prize at such a very young age!
The Diapason d'Or is the monthly highest recommendation of an outstanding classical music recording given by reviewers of Diapason magazine in France, broadly equivalent to "Editor's Choice", "Disc of the Month" in the British Gramophone magazine.
This prestigious prize says a lot about the high quality of the CD, which was Valentina's debut-album on Challenge Classics. The jury of classical connaisseurs who decides on this prize has to pick the best one out of 200 new CD's/DVD's!
