The ZurHub ensemble was founded by Mattan Klein and Ezequiel Jait, both originally from Jerusalem.
  The band specializes in performing and composing original Brazilian Jazz music, which merges the rich and varied sounds of Brazil with Jazz improvisation and virtuoso playing.
  Flutist Mattan Klein, and Guitarist Ezequiel Hezi Jait, have been performing together since 2011, And founded ZurHub in 2017.
  The group's name is derived from the Hebrew word "Tzur", and the Portuguese word "Hub", which means "center", The name represents their shared mission: to create music that is both solid and focused.
  ZurHub’s music is a unique fusion of Brazilian rhythms, such as Choro, Samba and Bossa Nova, with Jazz harmonies and improvisation. Their works are influenced by a variety of musical traditions, from Israeli folk to classical music, and often are inspired by the landscapes and cultures of Brazil.
  The ensemble has been highly regarded by audiences and critics alike, and their performances have been praised for their energy, creativity and virtuosity.
  ZurHub members have performed across Israel at prestigious festivals and concert venues, and worldwide. Including the Sibiu Jazz Festival - Romania, the Copenhagen Jazz Festival, Denmark, the International Jazz Festival in Jerusalem and more.
  ZurHub continues to push the boundaries of Brazilian jazz, creating music that is both innovative and authentic.
