How about the order confirmation?
If you have finished your order and payment of it, you will automatically receive an order confirmation of your purchase by e-mail

I have not received an confirmation by e-mail
Please check if you have filled in correctly your e-mail address in the contact details on your account

When will my order be send out?
Confirmed orders will be send out normally minimal twice a week by our warehouse.

Can I get a Track & Trace number?
Orders send out via Post services (envelope) doesn’t  have a T&T service. You will be informed by mail that your order has left our warehouse.
