Denis Plante

Denis Plante plays one of the celebrated bandonéons of the type known as doble A. The foremost bandonéonist in Canada and a notable figure in the international contemporary tango scene, he pursues a unique career as composer and performer. He performs frequently as a guest soloist with symphony orchestras and chamber music ensembles. As well as recording four CDs, he has collaborated with ensembles such as Astorias, Quartango, and Bataclan.
