Lauren Eberwein

Canadian-American soprano Lauren Pearl Eberwein is known for her “soulful and engrossing depth of tone”(The Philadelphia Inquirer) and her “Robust, dramatic voice”(Broadway World). She is currently a member of the Canadian Opera Company's Ensemble Studio.

An avid and passionate chamber musician, Lauren is currently in residence at the Marlboro Music Festival and is a proud member of Philadelphia based Gamut Bach Ensemble. Lauren's chamber music collaborations include projects with The Rosebud Quartet, Chamberfest Cleveland, and The New York Festival of Song.  

Her previous operatic credits include Gianetta L’elisir d’amore; Wellgunde Götterdämmerung (Canandian Opera Company). Olivia Cold Mountain; Mère Marie Dialogues des Carmelites; Clairon Capriccio; Der Komponist Ariadne auf Naxos (Opera Philadelphia). Dido Dido and Aeneas; Der Trommler Der Kaiser von Atlantis (Curtis Opera Theatre).
