Fist release in 1999.
There are pitifully few proven recordings by this legendary early New Orleans pioneer jazz cornettist, whose career started before World War I and who pre-dates the great King Oliver, so this CD is an irreplacable part of jazz history containing, as it does, his complete known recorded output.
