The highly talented saxophonist Emanuele Cisi has been a fixture on the European jazz scene for over thirty years. Though born and raised in Torino, Italy, he has a special connection to the United States through his grandmother Anita, who was born in New York in 1912. Cisi celebrates his U.S. debut with the release of Where or When.
